Kevin Davis is a seasoned leader in sports management whose career blends high‑level athletic achievement, deep coaching expertise, and advanced financial acumen. With more than 15 years of experience across athlete development, elite training, and performance analytics, he has built a reputation for identifying talent, elevating potential, and guiding athletes through the increasingly complex landscape of modern sports.

 

A standout collegiate athlete, Kevin was inducted into his university’s Athletic Hall of Fame—an honor that reflects both his on‑field excellence and his enduring impact on the program. His academic background is equally distinguished. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, a Master’s in Accounting, and an MBA. This rare combination of athletic pedigree and financial expertise allows Kevin to understand athletes from every angle: their competitive mindset, their long‑term aspirations, and the financial structures that shape their careers.

 

At Red Zone Talent Group, Kevin leads the contract negotiation division, where he leverages his analytical skill set and strategic insight to secure optimal outcomes for the athletes he represents. He is known for his ability to break down complex financial terms, anticipate market shifts, and advocate with clarity and conviction. Beyond negotiations, Kevin cultivates high‑value relationships with coaches, administrators, brand partners, and decision‑makers across the collegiate and professional sports ecosystem—ensuring that Red Zone athletes are positioned for both immediate opportunities and sustained success.

Albert Thornton

Founder & COO

Albert Thornton brings a dynamic blend of athletic experience, business leadership, and strategic vision to the sports management space. Having played football at the peewee, high school, and collegiate levels, he understands firsthand the discipline, preparation, and mental resilience required to compete and perform under pressure.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports & Entertainment Management and is pursuing his MBA to further strengthen his expertise in operational leadership and financial strategy. His academic foundation, combined with lived athletic experience, allows him to approach athlete representation with structure, foresight, and precision.

In football, the red zone is where games are decided — where preparation meets pressure and execution produces points. That philosophy drives Albert’s leadership style. He operates best in high-impact moments where discipline, strategy, and relationships determine outcomes.

 

As Chief Operating Officer, his strengths lie in hands-on recruiting, strategic networking, building relationships with coaches and decision-makers, and developing structured systems that create direct pathways of opportunity for athletes. He believes visibility, preparation, and consistent execution are the foundation of long-term success.

 

His approach is proactive, relationship-driven, and results-focused — ensuring that when opportunity presents itself, execution follows.
